We will be proactive in our approach and advice, providing risk recognition and practical cost solutions to support our Clients desired outcome in terms of budget, timelines, quality, and the aesthetics of a project.
As an independent cost consultant we will act independently, and challenge where appropriate, however, this will be undertaken as a fully integrated member of the consultant team. A consultant team that acts as a team will better function in the interests of the Client and the project.

QS Quote Ltd is a small entity based in Auckland, New Zealand. We cover all aspects of quantity surveying from estimates, budgets to final accounts. Our work spans over ALL TRADES for residential, industrial and commercial projects. Cost Management is about defining and managing costs which ultimately comes down to managing risks. We deliver real savings and add value to all stages of the project life cycle. We engage Quantity Surveyors and Estimators who are specialists in their respective fields to ensure that our clients receive accurate reports and professional services.
